Smart Building Integrated System Architecture
This project primarily utilizes the iHOUSE BA system to integrate the equipment information required for smart building management into a monitoring platform. Event messages are defined and pushed to the property management system backend, synced with patrol lists, equipment lists, and maintenance failure information to asset records. Environmental information is also synchronized via update bulletins to the community electronic signage and the community resident app, achieving both real-time smart building notifications and asset efficiency management and maintenance needs.
iHOUSE BA Central Monitoring Platform Application
Shangyang Tianju's iHOUSE BA central monitoring system integrates power monitoring, fire monitoring, ventilation monitoring, water supply and drainage monitoring, public lighting control, public air conditioning control, access control, environmental information, sprinkler monitoring, and home security. It can be used for scheduling and automated detection, while also delivering event notifications.

The iHOUSE BA IoT platform synchronizes comprehensive building environmental information to community residents' mobile apps. This includes community weather station information, community solar power generation information, and community water quality monitoring information.
